Injection Equipment

The Macromelt machines from AAE  have been developed for the manufacturing of highly precise overmouldings. The AAE single and twin macromelt machines integrate a permanent and performing automatic process control. The Macromelt AAE single and  twin is a one operator workstation. It is nevertheless easily possible to integrate the machine in fully automatic production lines.

The AAE Single and Twin includes:

  • One/Two Station with pneumatic operating tool
  • TFT Screen
  • Automatic process control incl.
    • pressure profil control
    • low fast injection speed
